What you get to do:

  • Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned projects according to established processes, procedures, and success expectations
  • Understand and communicate client business needs and goals to the internal team and to other third-party vendors
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
  • Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, priority, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
  • Manage appropriate resources to meet project needs
  • Forecast, track and manage project budgets, POs, Change Orders, and invoices
  • Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of projects
  • Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Provide and promote high standards of professionalism, integrity, and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Tiller’s values and standards
  • Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions for our clients

You may be fit for this role if you have:

  • Passion about helping companies achieve their objectives
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager managing branding and web projects in an agency environment
  • Have past professional design experience (this is not a requirement, however candidates with this experience will be given preference)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects within budget and schedule constraints
  • Knowledge of decision-making and problem-solving techniques to facilitate effective project and organizational leadership
  • Ability to strategically and tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects, roles, and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Asana
